this morning my Gen Z daughter crashed out over choosing the right shirt to wear to school. door slamming and expletives ensued, followed by phone confiscation for the rest of the day. unlike Gen Z, this painting will never crash out on you. it will never blame you for some incredibly trivial drama. you can look at it however you want. it will never complain, never trash your house, never cost you a dime beyond the initial purchasing price. it is consistent. it has discipline. it contains subtleties and delicate interplays of light. it creates no laundry. it does exactly what it has promised to do, which is add character and value to any office or living space you inhabit. it never corrects you, never needs a ride, never hides candy or bad grades.
